I’ve written a few times lately about changes to the discount rate and my view that the recent announcement by the Lord Chancellor needs serious review. Speaking at the ABI yesterday, City minister Stephen Barclay hinted strongly that this review will now take place and an amendment is likely.  This has been widely reported in the press today and this is what City AM had to say about it.
